But in other Gnomeon news:

Today I met a Ukrainian native who translated Gnomeo's cryptic foreign messages. They are in fact not Ukrainian but Russian. He's a trickster, that Gnomeo.

The first one (postmarked from the Ukraine, but suspiciously set in a Piggly Wiggly) reads:
"Hello of the from Ukraine"

The second one (postmarked from Rocky Mount, also very suspicious) reads:
"I wish you to have fun in my home. Take care! I will write you again later. Love, Gnomeo"

Another mysterious postcard from Gnomeo. The address looks like it was written by my little brother, but the message is written in some Eastern European (?) script. I only know one person from Rocky Mount, and that person is Adam Creech. Does his genealogy lead to the former Soviet Block? Does his mom know Ukrainian? Did Brian Choi write the address? A handwriting analysis will be done. Let the great experiment begin!

Update: Handwriting analysis completed. Results negative. Who kidnapped Gnomeo???

This lovely view is of somewhere in Ft. Wayne, NJ, I think. The postmark didn't stick well and I couldn't tell. And Gnomeo is obviously in some sort of delirium; he doesn't even know where he is. "Send money"?? Yeah, right, Gnomeo.
